Saint Jean de Blaignac, a small village in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, is located not far from Saint Emilion and about forty kilometers from Bordeaux on a north-south axis Saint Emilion-La Réole.

The dining room in the harmonies of gray, in a beautiful mastered modernity, dominates the waters of the Dordogne river. It offers a contemporary and relaxing setting embellished with raw materials.

Manuela and Thomas L'Hérisson, catering professionals for more than twenty years, offer a relaxed gastronomic experience, the cuisine is contemporary and refined.

In 2014, their work and that of their teams was awarded one star in the Michelin Guide.
